TWO KINDS OF HEARTS

This morning i learn from ACTS 13:22. It's from a sermon preached by the apostle Paul.And in the sermon,Paul poited out the lives of two different men who had 2 kinds of hearts.

Let me share with u wat i learn from these two man.

KING SAUL - THE 1ST MAN WAS SAUL, WHO REIGNED AS KING OVER ISRAEL AND GOD'S PEOPLE FOR 40 YEARS.

Saul served himself and did things his way
Saul's worship consisted of putward acts of sacrifice only.
Saul's heart was centered of saul
Saul's devotion to God was impulsive and irregular
Saul was proud and relied on his own skill,his own wisdom and judment,and his own physical strength.

KING DAVID- THE 2ND MAN WAS DAVID, WHO SERVED AS KING OVER GOD'S PEOPLE AFTER GOD REMOVED SAUL AS KING .

David's heart was willing to obey God.
David served God , not himself.
David wan soncerned with following God's will, not his own
David, amight warrior depended upon God for his victiries and repeatedly declared ,"THE LORD IS THE STRONGHOLD OG MY LIFE" (PS27:1)
What i see here., God gave both these king opportunities to lead Israel, but in the end they walked down different paths-Saul away from God and david toward him.These two men were different musicians, one who sits down at a piano and plunks on it,here alittle , there a little and the other who sits for hours at a time , a disciplined ,faithful and dedicated student.

Now it's my turn to look at what God's word has to say about these two men and their two kinds of heart.

As i learned here today ,Saul was a man who simply did not care to obey God!He was not a man after God's own heart..and David was ! I learned the key to living a life of obedience - A LIFE THAT STAYS ON GOD'S PATH - IS THE HEART.

CONCENTRATE ON DOIN WHAT IS RIGHT .

1. CONCENTRATE ON DOIN WHAT IS RIGHT .

When God looked into David's heart , hesaw there what he wants to see in u n me. He saw a heart that will do his will.And that calls for a tender and teachable heart, a heart that will concentrate on doing what is right.Many times we know exactly what the right thing to do is , don't we? But what about those times when we're unsure ? I mean those time when ,in your heart , ou want to do the right thing, but you're just not sure what that right thing is?Well .......Here r a few rules recentl i learn to live by when this happen to me.

* DON'T DO ANYTHING!

To do wat is right ,you must take time to pray,ask God for guidance,think,search the scriptures,and ask advice from someone more mature in Christ. Your best plan of action is to do nothing until you know what the right thing to do is. (PROVERBS 3:5 )INSTRUCTS, "LEAN NOT ON YOUR OWN UNDERSTANDING "

*DO ACKNOWLEDGE GOD .

Intead of leaning on your own understanding, " in all your ways acknowledge him . " Then "HE WILL MAKE YOUR PATHS STRAIGHT"(PROVERBS3:6)

*DO ASK FOR WISDOM.

Bible is clear when it instructs that "IF ANY OF YOU LACKS WISDOM , HE SHOULD ASK GOD ..AND IT WILL BE GIVEN TO HIM " (JAMES1:5)

This what i really learn and keep on practise and remind mself.. And as i reading the words of God , I notice what each of these Bible passages teaches me about living a life of OBEDIENCE- A LIFE THAT STAYS ON GOD'S PATH.

Is time to be OBEDIENCE TO WHAT GOD CALL US TO DO!!!! :) Gooooo!! Jia you!! Rely in him....

She was my gugu ...But inside my heart she was my mum.. who always there to guide me .. no matter good times or bad times,she always give me 100%suppot to walk this journey.....



I Thanks God for my great leader and fren surround me..
They really patient on me.. Keep supporting me ,keep leading me closer to christ..
They always there no matter what happen..

SITUATION MAKE ME GROWING.

When everythings come in once , i really will blur and wan to run away from all situation.. But everytime i start to hv the mind set to run from problem , a word and a song wil cum to my mind "Im with you" & MY LIFE YOUR SONG

So everytime situation came i learnt to go infront of the thore but not the phone! I really serving a God who is alive ,who care for me,who give me the best DESTINY .. When challenge came i learnt to commit ..and let GOD BE GOD!=)

I hv a greater challenge now and in the future! Now nothing in my life makes sense, but i choose to trust God anyway. Keep praying ,look forward !!NOW MY HOPE SEEMS OUT OF SIGHT , BUT I KNOW GOD WILL SHINE HIS LIGHT ON MY LIFE..

E14 birthday boy

Yesterday E14+E24 celebrating birthday for Kelvin Wong .. Anyway 1st i wan thanks God for giving me such idea to celebrated his birthday..:) Not easy to come out different idea different plan for each of them..Really challenging but very enjoy . Praise the Lord :) Really need God wisdom to do so .. haha.. Now a lot birthday boys and girls coming up .. I will uplaod the video tonight .. **accually his birthday on 22/4/2009 this wed.. (Dun forget To wish this bday boy) :) ***Here i wan to thanks E14 MEMBERS for always support me! (exspecially my leaders ELVIS & SHY YI always comfirm me that I HAV A LOT of TALENTS)
